New-Belle Construction Inc. has been extended the esteemed privilege of being selected as the General Contractor for MMR Constructors new facility. The new building will be located in Cecil Township, Washington County Pennsylvania. Headquarters in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, MMR has served as an industry leader in electrical, instrumentation and technical services for over 50 years.

New-Belle Construction is proud to announce that we have been awarded the contract, to provide and construct a new Automobile Dealership for Thurby Riverside Ford. This state of the art facility will be located on National Pike Road in Markleysburg, PA. We are especially pleased with this opportunity, knowing the more than 20 year relationship that New-Belle Construction, Inc. and Thurby Ford have shared over the years. For decades, Jim Kelly, Owner of New-Belle Construction has purchased his company's entire fleet of trucks as well as his personal vehicles at Thurby Riverside Ford. Bianco School of Baseball

July 2014

New-Belle Construction, Inc. has recently been awarded the expansion project of Matt Bianco's School of Baseball located in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. This was an easy decision for Mr. Bianco since New-Belle Construction designed and built the original building in 1991 when Matt Bianco created the Bianco School of Baseball. We are grateful to have been selected and look forward to starting construction in Spring of 2015.

Gunther Nash, a subsidiary of Alberici, has awarded New-Belle Construction, Inc the privilege of providing and constructing a Compressor Building for MarkWest Energy Partners, LP located at the Cadiz #2 Cryogenic Plant in Cadiz, Ohio. Construction to begin in late October 2014.

Stone and Company

May 2014

New-Belle Construction, Inc. has been awarded the contract to provide and erect a flex building for Stone and Company located in the Chartiers Industrial Park in Chartiers Township, PA. Construction is planned to begin in Spring 2015.


February 2014

Fletcher’s Outdoor Power Equipment has awarded New-Belle Construction, Inc. the contract to design build their new 30,000 Square Foot Sales and Service Facility in Delmont, PA. We are honored to have been selected as their General Contractor for this project. It has been a pleasure working side by side with second-generation Owners, Frank and Vicki Fletcher during the design phase of this project. Groundbreaking is expected to begin in the spring of 2014.

January 2014 

New-Belle Construction is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the contract to build a new Aircraft Hanger and Flight Observation Building at the Allegheny County Airport in West Mifflin, PA. The project is expected to begin during the spring of 2014.

October 2013 

Greenbriar Treatment Center has entered into an agreement with New-Belle Construction and their Design Team to construct a new Drug and Alcohol, Rehabilitation Facility in Washington, PA. This new building will compliment Greenbriar’s existing Treatment Center, offering specialized and cutting edge treatment to those in need. 

June 2013 Drill Motor Repair Facility

We are pleased to announce that New-Belle Construction has been awarded the contract to design and build a new District Office Building for Scientific Drilling International. This building will be located in Alta Vista Park, Washington County, PA. This will mark the 4th building in Alta Vista Park constructed by New-Belle Construction since the opening of the park.

It is an honor for New-Belle Construction to establish a new relationship with another Global Player in the Oil and Gas Industry. Since meeting Corporate Property Manger, Jeffrey Helbach, in March 2013, it was clear that the search for a local builder was over. New-Belle’s owner, Jim Kelly and his Design Team of Sub-Contractors, explained the benefits and value of the Design Build Concept. Jeff embraced our ideas and authorized Jim to move forward with the final design and construction of the building.

New-Belle Construction is proud to announce that we have recently been awarded the design build contract for a 95,000 SF printing factory in Indiana, PA. Groundbreaking planned for mid-April.

New-Belle Construction recently completed an urgently needed “New Lumber Drying Shed” in Champion, PA. When our friends at Babcock Lumber Company contacted us, they explained the short timeline required for completion of this project. It was our pleasure to exceeded their expectations, and maintain a secure place on their short list of contractors.

New-Belle Construction and Cummins Bridgeway announced the completion of a 7 bay Truck Repair Center in Belle Vernon, PA. This marks the 3rd project completed for Cummins Bridgeway by New-Belle Construction in 2012. November 2012

Elizabeth Carbide Components in Latrobe, Pennsylvania awarded Jim Kelly and his team at New-Belle Construction, Inc. the job of designing and constructing a new building addition. Joseph Smola, Plant Manager, recognized the need for the additional space and began working closely with Jim during the design phase of the project. The new 22,500 Sq. Ft building will allow for increased manufacturing space as Elizabeth Carbide continues to grow. We are pleased to be selected for this project, and plan to begin site work immediately.
